Pastor Caught With A Teenage Girl At Night In The Cemetery (See)

 
A Pastor of one of the Pentecostal churches in Delta has been arrested by the Police at a cemetery at a notorious village known as Ozoro in the state, while performing rituals acts together with a teenage girl.
The Pastor has been identified as Oro Oboreh of Christ Freedom Family. He was arrested alongside a 14-year-old teenage girl, Chioma Praise on July 30, 2015, at about 10.30pm in the night, by a police surveillance patrol team from Ozoro division, while on routine patrol.

This was disclosed by the deputy general manager, Road Maintenance Management Services (RMMS) Engineer (Mrs) Bola Ilemori, while speaking with newsmen in Ibadan, on Wednesday during a tour of federal roads in the state.

 An Indian teenager is worshipped as a god because he has a 7ins ‘tail’. Arshid Ali Khan, 13, has become a divine symbol in the state of Punjab.
Locals have hailed him a reincarnation of the Hindu monkey god Hanuman – and refer to him as Balaji.
‘I feel neither good nor bad about having a tail.’
Arshid lives with his grandfather, Iqbal Qureshi, and two uncles, after his father died when he was four and his mother remarried.

El-Rufai Accuses Yero of Squandering N10bn on Govt House Complex

 Kaduna State governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, has accused his predecessor, Mukhtar Ramalan Yero, of squandering N10 billion on the Kaduna new Government House complex.
Speaking yesterday at the opening of the Kaduna State Healthcare Summit, El-Rufai said the money should have been channelled towards the development of the state's health sector and what he described as other critical areas.

Boko Haram: U.S pledges $5m contribution to troops

United States has pledged a $5million contribution to the Nigeria led Multinational Joint Task force fighting Boko Haram insurgency in the northeast and some parts of the West Africa sub-region.
The U.S embassy in a statement issued in Abuja on Tuesday said it announced $5million contribution and not $10million as reported by the media.
Leader of the U.S government delegation to the African Union Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa, Assistant Secretary, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, while
responding to a question said: “We have been working with Nigeria, as well as the other countries in the region, to address their concerns about Boko Haram. This is because we don’t see this as just a Nigeria problem.

Man, 51, remanded for raping NYSC member to death

An Ilorin Magistrate Court has remanded a 51 year old man for allegedly raping a youth corps member to death in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital.
The late youth corps member, Idowu Yetunde Shukurat was a member of the 2014 batch B set in the state.
She was serving with the state broadcasting corporation (Radio Kwara) Ilorin, before her demise.
Late Yetunde’s corpse was reportedly found about a month ago around Government Residential Area (GRA) Ilorin.

Boko Haram!!! Why 27 Missing Policemen Are Yet To Be Declared Dead--- IGP

Twenty seven out of the 35 policemen missing after terrorists attacked Gwoza in Borno in August, 2014, are yet to be declared dead, Inspector-General of Police, Mr Solomon Arase, said on Tuesday.

Arase disclosed this while responding to questions from newsmen .
“About our colleagues, who are missing in Gwoza, there is a tradition in the police force.When officers are missing in battle, we do not declare them dead or missing until after a period has lapsed.So, we are still waiting for that period to lapse, and if we cannot find them after that time, then, we will formally declare them either dead or missing,’’ Arase said.

Dino Melaye Slams Senators Over N8.64 Billion Wardrobe Allowance

Senator Dino Melaye, the Senator representing Kogi West, has condemned the N8.64 billion the National Assembly has earmarked as wardrobe allowance for the 109 Senators and 360 members of the House of Representatives, while at the same time, defending the emergence of Senator Bukola Saraki as the President of the Nigerian Senate.
The senator said it was morally wrong to pay such money to legislatures when people are hungry.It would be recalled that Melaye was in the forefront of Senators rooting for the emergence of Senator Saraki as the leader of the National Assembly.

70year Old Man Arrested For Stealing Goat In Kaduna (See Photo)

The 70-year-old man has allegedly been stealing for over 15 years in Kaduna.

In a report made available to NAN, the Upper Customary Court, Sabongari, Zaria in Kaduna state, on Tuesday sentenced Isa Hussaini,70, to five lashes of the cane for stealing a she-goat.
The accused, a resident of Funtua Local Government Area in Katsina State, was convicted of a charge of theft, after he pleaded guilty.

Boko Haram Suspects Escape Arrest (See)

BOKO HARAM SUSPECTS ESCAPE ARREST
                   Two Boko Haram suspects escaped arrest after a gun battle between them and a team of joint security operatives.
Leadership reports that the battle that led to the death of one of the operatives ensued on June 7, Sunday, in Kaduna.
An anonymous eyewitness, who is a neighbour to the residence of the Boko Haram suspects, said that the security personnel raided the area at about 1 am yesterday when the territory became saturated with gun-shots that lasted for hours.
The incidence reportedly happened at Ungwan Keke-B village in Chikun local government area of Kaduna state.
According to the eyewitness, although the suspects escaped, their wives were arrested and taken to an unknown destination by the security operatives.

APC requests probe of Rivers and Akwa Ibom REC for electoral fraud

 
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Rivers State has requested an electoral fraud investigation  against Mrs. Gesila Khan, who is the State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), , and her Akwa Ibom State counterpart, Barr. Austin Eni Okojie.

Prison Break-- 2 murder convicts escape prison, NY state offers $100,000 reward for capture of the escaped prisoners


The U.S. Marshals Service issued federal arrest warrants Sunday for two convicted killers who escaped from a maximum security prison in upstate New York over the weekend.
The warrants charge Richard Matt and David Sweat with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, according to William O'Toole, a U.S. Marshals Service spokesman. The warrants clear the way for the federal government to involve its considerable resources in the manhunt.
Matt, 49, and Sweat, 35, who were both serving life sentences for vicious murders, emerged through a manhole cover 200 metres from the prison walls and made off into the night. The pair were discovered missing from their cells Saturday morning during a "standing count" of inmates at the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dannemora, New York, state police said.

According to Kefas, trouble started after his Dad arrived home at midnight and an argument ensued.
