One of Gov Rotimi Amaechi's Aides kidnapped in Rivers State

                      Mr Fred Ndigbara,  one of the aides of Rivers state Governor, Rotimi Amaechi, has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen. According to reports, Mr Ndigbara, a staff of the Press Unit of the Government House was kidnapped during the APC rally in in Kanani 1 community in Khana local government area of Rivers State yesterday February 22nd.

                            The Gunmen stormed the venue of the campaign rally, disrupted proceedings and then whisked away Mr Ndigara into a waiting Toyota vehicle. When contacted, the states police public relations officer (PPRO), DSP Ahmad Muhammad confirmed the incident, and said the police has begun a search for
the governor's aide and also apprehend the kidnappers.
