Miss Comely Queen North East ''HRM Queen Felicia Diriya'' Embarks On Her Breast Cancer Sensitization Project (See Photos)

  

                     It was a moment of excitement and productive insightful learning as Her Majesty Queen Felicia Diriyah (Miss Comely Queen North East Nigeria) took her sensitization campaign team to Air Force Girls Comprehensive School, Jos, plateau state.

                    After a minor courtesy visit by HRM Queen Felicia to the commandant/squadron leader a direct approval was granted to her Majesty to bring her team for the sensitization Awareness campaign.

The commandant/ Squadron Leader H. J Ade declared the fixed date (7^th of March 2015) the school health day to get all the students especially the senior class to focus on the health talk centered on Breast Cancer awareness.

 The sensitization which took place on the 7^th of March 2015 in the multipurpose hall of the institution was highly attended by students as attendance was over four hundred students. The sensitization talk was taken by a consultant doctor in the person of Dr. Mrs Envuladu, a professor at the Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH) and a lecturer in the department of reproductive health department. She vividly elaborated on the various risk factors and preventive measures on Breast Cancer and had a pictorial display for the students via a wide projector screen.

 The sensitization project witnessed in attendance the school Commandant, Administrative Officers, Staffs, Teachers, Model Me project team, International Exchange student of Plateau state association and Air Force Girls Comprehensive School student.

The program was a huge success. Note books and hand packs was shared to both staffs and students. The project team however gave room for questions which was even more thrilling as both students and staff asked intelligent questions to further explain the effects, causes and prevention of breast cancer.

Finally a closing remark and appreciation was given by the School Commandant to Her Royal Majesty Queen Felicia Diriyah, the Project Doctor and the organizers of Miss Comely Queen Nigeria (Jhelp Concept)
